She was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in year 2008 and started off her legal career with Messrs Zaid Ibrahim & Co. Prior to joining Munhoe, she served as a Senior Legal Assistant with Messrs Shook Lin & Bok. 

 

Her Real Estate practice involves her acting on an array of real estate acquisitions and divestments as well as commercial and retail leasing. Her Banking & Finance knowledge compliments and supports her real estate practice. 

 

Yean Peng deals with real estate transactions up to 9 figures in value and navigates the complexities of these transactions. Her scope of work includes negotiating terms that align with her clients' needs, addressing any concerns that may arise during the process and facilitating communication between parties involved to minimise delays and to streamline processes.
